Heading into Halloween week, The MN Movie Man’s 31 Days to Scare is pulling out the big frights.  Hope you have your mad monster party selections ready to go!  If you don’t, check out some ideas here!

For new releases, Joe has reviews of Your Monster (a film he first saw back in January at its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival), I Will Never Leave You Alone, and two films that played at the Twin Cities Film Festival and are out now, Don’t Move and Magpie.

Matt attended his favorite horror movie mini-thon: The Super Spook Show Spectacular!

Brian covered the new release Your Monster. He also wrote about ConclaveMagpieUnstoppableNightbitch, and A Real Pain for the Twin Cities Film Fest.

For his Patreon subscribers, Brian continued his coverage of Netflix’s 2021 Fear Street trilogy with Part Two: 1978 and Part Three: 1666 for his month of exclusive horror reviews.

At The Cinema Dispatch, Hunter reviewed Magpie and A Real Pain as part of his coverage of Twin Cities Film Fest.

For the Duluth News Tribune, Jay interviewed composer Ryan Homsey about his score for the documentary Merchant Ivory.
